- Each competition will be posted at 6pm on the given date and will close at 6am the following day. Only entries made on the post during that time frame will be entered. Entrants must complete all information required on the Nauticaeu Instagram post to be entered into the giveaway.
- The winner will be notified within 48 hours (2 days) of the giveaway’s closing date for entries (12 hours after the post has gone live over on Nauticaeu Instagram.
- Nauticaeu will not be liable to the winner or is under a duty to provide an alternative prize if the giveaway item is misplaced on delivery to the winner.
- Entrants will only be entered if all entry steps outlined in the post are completed within the 12 hour time frame.
- The winner cannot exchange the prize for an alternative prize, cash prize or transfer to another person.
