Welcome to the Nautica Delivery and Returns Policy. Here, you will you find all the information you need about our shipping fees, Free UK Standard Delivery and how to process a return quickly and easily if you’re not satisfied with a product.

Dispatch

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the new working day.

Availability of item(s) could affect the time of your dispatch and delivery.

We endeavour to send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you within the first 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Shipping

The shipping fee is dependent on where you live and how fast you want to receive your order.

Unfortunately, you are unable to collect your order from our distribution centre.

UK Mainland

For orders placed before 12pm (GMT) Monday to Thursday, your order will be delivered within 48 hours by Royal Mail. Any orders that are placed after the cut off time of 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

If your order is being delivered by DPD, the delivery time will be specified by DPD Text & Email service.

Upon delivery, a signature will be required. If no one is home or it will not fit through the letter box, the courier will leave a card containing order information such as the order number, the time and date they called and the address of the nearest depot.

DPD will attempt to re-deliver your order the next working day. Alternatively, they will attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbour unless you contact and inform us not to do so.

DPD will endeavour to send you a Text or Email confirming a 1 hour delivery slot. You can arrange a redelivery to your home or an alternative address if needed.

If no attempt to redeliver is made to have your order redelivered, it will be returned to us.

If your order is sent back to us, Customer Service will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery, however this may incur a further delivery fee. If we are unable to contact you, a refund will be processed within 5 days.

Europe

United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Ireland, Italy (including San Marino and Vatican City), France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Moldova, Spain and Portugal.

Delivery service to Europe takes 2-6 working days.

Standard Delivery costs £20 for orders of any size to any European countries listed above. We can only estimate the time your order will take for you to receive it and cannot give you exact time.

Deliveries will be made by DPD, DHL or Royal Mail, these can be tracked and traced once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Please note, we may use other couriers to maintain the best delivery service possible.

Please be aware that some delays can be caused by customs in the destination countries. This is beyond our control, and we cannot provide any updates as to why or how long your delivery will take from this point.

Please be aware that you may have to pay a customs fee to receive your order. These charges which vary from country to country are out of our control. If you would like more information on customs and the fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns Policy

We hope you’ll be happy with your Nautica purchases, but in the event you want to return or exchange an item, the following information applies:

  • Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days from the day after your purchase to cancel your order. In this case, we will provide a full refund within 30 days from the date in which you cancel.
  • If asking for a refund or exchange, we ask that returned items are reach us within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
  • We acknowledge your right to examine items you have purchased, but we reserve the right to refuse an exchange and to act against you if we believe you have not taken appropriate care with the returned goods.
  • To make sure any items returned are accepted, please snsure you follow the instructions below:
    • Do not wear fragrance or any other products which may leave a scent on the garments.
    • Ensure footwear is not worn and that the box is undamaged.
    • Please wear underwear when trying on any underwear or swimwear you have bought from us.
  • This returns policy applies to all Nautica online customers in all territories we can ship to.

How To Return Items

This section aims to help you with the steps required to return your Nautica items.

  • Ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order. Please make sure you fill in appropriate fields, this can include your Order Number and Style Number. If you return form is missing information, this could delay processing your return.
  • Place your returns form with the items you are returning. Please use original packaging or other suitable packaging to return your items in.
  • Address your parcel to us using the pre-printed address label. Please note that this is not a Freepost label.
  • Send the parcel back to us, we recommend using a registered delivery service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, or first class for a faster return.
  • We ask that returned items reach us within 14 days from the day you received your order.
  • Please note, customers are responsible for postage costs for the return or exchange of a product unless faulty

We aim to process any returns or exchanges and refund within 12 days of receiving them.

Please note when posting your item(s) back to us, it is strongly recommended you obtain proof of postage with tracking details.

If Returns Form Or Address Label Is Mislaid

You can request a new Returns Form or address label if you have lost them by completing our online form, alternatively please send your returns to us using the address below along with the following information:

  • Your item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative
  • Order number which you can find in your confirmation email or Delivery Note)
  • Style Number (on your confirmation email or Delivery Note)
  • Please also state if you would like a refund or exchange

Exchanges

We aim to send replacements to you with 5 working days of receipt of the return. Replacements are shipped using DPD UK Next Day for UK customers.

Nautica will cover the cost of the shipping for exchanged items. Any further exchanged may incur further shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee the item(s) which you wish to exchange your original item(s) for will be in stock. If this is the case, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch with you. In this case, you can exchange for a different item or receive a refund.

Faulty Goods

If you wish to return a faulty item(s) please contact our customer support team, here the item(s) will be reviewed and if faulty a free returns label will be offered.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
